2019/2020 UK Pet Photographer of the Year
2020 East Mids Pet Photographer of the Year

On Sunday 18th October The Master Photographer Association held their International Awards. We were really looking forward to them. Unfortunately, due to the Corona virus the awards were unable to happen in person. Fingers crossed they will be in 2021! The MPA made the decision to hold the awards night online and it was so lovely to be able to join the association online for the results.

We were really excited this year for the awards as I had 7 images through to the final judging. Every image receives a score out of 100 and anything scoring over 80 receives an international merit (bronze). For images scoring over 85 they become a finalist (silver) and the highest scoring image in the category is the winner (gold). I don’t think I have ever been that nervous sat waiting for the results.

Both the Pet and the equine categories had some really strong entries which were just stunning. Because of this, I’m really pleased to say that all 7 of my images received a merit. The winning images in both categories were amazing and definitely well deserved.

A huge thanks to the Master Photographers Association for a fantastic international awards night and we look forward to hopefully being able to attend the Master Photographer Awards 2021 in person!

If you would like to have a chance for your images to be in the next national awards, then please get in touch to book your session!
